Angela was born and raised in Maine and has worked in the insurance industry for 25 plus years. Prior to joining Coveside, she worked with Martin’s Point and while there she had many roles including the implementation of their Medicare Advantage plans. She has been with Coveside since 2013 and brought with her extensive knowledge of the Medicare systems as well as her gift in customer service.
Caroline W. Irwin (aka Carol)

Carol’s background is in Social Work. Upon her arrival in Maine in 1999, she began a career as an Insurance Producer providing Voluntary Employee Benefits. In 2009, she made the transition into working with individuals in the Medicare healthcare coverage market, combining her social work skills with her insurance knowledge. Carol enjoys her work immensely and always has the individual needs of her clients in mind and works with her clients on an ongoing basis.
Krista M. Mora

Krista was born and raised in Maine and has worked in healthcare for over 25 years. She started in the insurance field in 1997 working as a Referral Coordinator at Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and then left to join Martin’s Point Healthcare in 2001. While at Martin’s Point she held many positions within Member Services, Sales, and Provider Operations for their US Family Health Plan TRICARE Prime and Medicare Advantage Programs. Krista has recently joined Coveside bringing with her a depth of knowledge of healthcare administration and her commitment to educating Maine’s Medicare Beneficiaries on the many moving parts of Medicare.
Miranda Curtis

Miranda was born and raised in Maine and has more than 13 years of customer service experience, with 8 years specializing in employee benefits.
During her time at Cross Insurance, she began as an Enrollment Specialist and advanced through five promotions, ending her career as Small Group Business Team Lead. Each promotion marked a step forward in her commitment to service excellence, team development, and strategic growth. In her leadership role, she supported, trained and guided a high-performing team while managing a book of business with over 150 small employers throughout Maine and New Hampshire. Miranda worked closely with employers to navigate small group ACA medical plans, ancillary insurance products and maintained up-to-date knowledge of compliance updates to meet individual employer’s needs. Her knowledge of small group employer plans will assist individuals transition from the various coverage options available to them over to the marketplace. Miranda has a strong understanding of the plan structures available to individuals as the small group and individual markets merged in 2023 in Maine. Her experience will allow her to meet our clients needs by finding plans that fit their unique health situations, financial situations and personal priorities as she did with employers and their employees.
She brings a strong commitment to delivering tailored solutions and thoughtful guidance, pairing her passion for continuous learning with a client-focused approach to build strong client relationships, and will contribute to the overall continuous success of Coveside Senior Solutions and the individuals we serve.
